Reindeere is maximizing human productivity with robotics in the real estate industry. Our service uses a mobile robot to perform parking enforcement tasks, enabling parking management companies to expand their services and improve their competitiveness at an excellent return on investment. During a parking enforcement officer’s scheduled inspection, our robotic service provides them with the information to quickly and directly identify the vehicles in violation, thereby saving time and improving productivity (more enforced lots in a shift). The robot will reside on and inspect ungated parking lots on the officer’s behalf. Its purpose will be to flag parking violations and other security events every hour of the day and report them in real-time. This technology results in better parking compliance rates and lower costs for property owners and parking management companies.
