Reimagine Development Partners is an investment firm specializing in tax credit equity financing for historic rehabilitation projects across the United States. We are a dynamic, young company focused on reinvesting in downtown, whether downtown is two blocks in a small town or a district in a bigger place. We put capital where infrastructure already exists, closing financial gaps in projects that need doing but have fallen through the cracks. Currently, our investment products focus on the Historic Tax Credit (HTC) program, though we expect to expand those tools in 2026. We partner with developers, investors, and preservation organizations to revitalize historic properties while delivering strong returns and community impact. Our mission is to combine financial expertise with a passion for historic preservation, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and long-term value for our stakeholders.
