Reglagene Information

Most cancer drugs never reach the brain. That leaves cancer in the central nervous system, whether it starts there or spreads there, among the least served areas in oncology. Reglagene is developing RGN6024, an oral, brain-penetrant small molecule that works on the primary tumor and on the metastases, including in the brain. It targets tubulin, a mechanism validated across many solid tumors but never made to work in the brain. In an intracranial glioma model, RGN6024 produced a 98% lower bioluminescent tumor signal than vehicle, with 100% survival (Mol Cancer Ther 2025;24:1129-1144).
