Region IV Development Association's mission is to develop partnerships to promote economic opportunities by acting as a catalyst in providing resources that foster resilient communities across Southern Idaho. Vision: Thriving vibrant southern Idaho communities Values: Build Trust - Support Excellence Business Lending: Region IV Development assists small businesses in obtaining commercial financing throughout Idaho. Since making our first loan in 1984, our organization has assisted in the financing of over 500 loans. These loans have created and retained over 4,500 jobs through the successful leveraging of approximately $284 million in private capital investment. Our lending programs can provide business owners with access to capital that meet their financial needs. Community Development: With tight budgets and limited staff, finding resources to improve community infrastructure or develop strategic plans for economic and community development is often the last on the long list of demands. However, in South-Central Idaho, our community leaders find that help is just a phone call away.
