Regina Boxing Club Information

Regina Boxing Club and Regina Boxing & Fitness Inc. deliver Boxing Fitness, Yoga, Group Cycle, and Zumba® fitness classes, and Olympic style boxing training, lead by certified instructors and coaches, and registered dietitians. These fitness programs are designed to improve fitness, increase health and wellness, and acheive fitness goals. It has been fostering excellence in amateur boxing and fitness, developing athletes into elite competitors, and providing youth mentorship since 1949. Regina Boxing Club was founded by Ken Goff with the goal of, "helping our community to create better citizens. Popularly known as Mr. Boxing, Ken pioneered Saskatchewan's boxing community, and was inducted into the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame in 1975. Today, George Goff, Ken's son and successor, continues the legacy Ken created for the Regina Boxing Club, to keep kids off the streets and out of trouble. With Ken and George's mentorship and leadership, the Regina Boxing Club has not only been an escape from the streets, it has been a place where youth have developed into Olympians, national amateur champions, and professional champions. More than 6,000 youth and adults, ranging in age from ten to 64, have received fitness and athletic training from the Regina Boxing Club. The Regina Boxing Club compensates 100 per cent of competitor fees including transportation, accommodations and food at competitions to eliminate any financial barriers for competitors and create access to sport and mentorship for at risk youth. George and Ken have been recognized for their commitments to amateur sport and athletic development with inductions into the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame in the Builder category.View Ken Goffs inductee profile.
