ReGeneration is the leading nonprofit early talent hub in Greece. Founded by Global Shapers Athens Hub (an initiative of the World Economic Forum) and powered by The Coca-Cola Company and The Hellenic Initiative, ReGeneration connects young professionals, employers, and institutions to strengthen business readiness and expand access to meaningful employment opportunities. Through a rigorous selection process, industry collaboration, and targeted skills development, we identify high-potential graduates and prepare them for the evolving needs of the workplace while supporting companies in attracting and developing the next generation of talent. Over the past decade, ReGeneration has built one of Greece’s most trusted early talent ecosystems, combining candidate assessment, business readiness training, employer partnerships, and an active alumni community.
