Our staff takes the time to listen to our customers and try to meet their needs in a timely manner. Our staff members are fluent in both Spanish and English to help us serve all members of our local communities. We are pleased that we can offer our premium concierge customer services to our customers at no extra service fees. We accept all insurance plans, and your insurance co-pays will always be the same as what you would pay at any other pharmacy, including chain drug stores. For our customers without prescription coverage, we are happy to price-match Costco's on-line medication prices. Our pharmacy staff provides customers with personal interaction, clinical support and accurate prescriptions that are promptly delivered for a small fee to our neighbors in Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks. We also provide our delivery servces to some areas in Westlake Village and Agoura for a slightly higher fee. We are also ready to answer any questions or concerns about your medications. As well as being a full-service pharmacy, we also provide a wide array of over-the-counter products, gifts and toys. We can also special order many nursing and long-term-care supplies for our customers with special needs. Our dedicated pharmacy team is available to help you with your medication needs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We offer delivery services to our communities of Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Agoura Hills.
