Total Mechanical is a locally owned, full service mechanical contractor specializing in commercial, healthcare, education, military, and manufacturing projects. Innovative Mechanical specializes in design build commercial and residential Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. We provide 24-hour emergency service, annual maintenance agreements, new equipment installation, duct work fabrication and installation, and ventilation systems. In addition to HVAC we have an on site sheet metal shop that allows us to fabricate custom ducting, architectural and general sheet metal. We are a member of U.S. Green Building Council, Build it Green and have LEED Accredited Professionals on staff.
