The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch is a fifty acre ranch hosting a preeminent San Diego county seasonal visitor attraction and year round event and activity area. The business is owned by CB Ranch Enterprises (“CB Ranch”) whose core farming activity is growing and harvesting a flowering crop while accommodating the visitors who are drawn to the colorful field display of flowers. The business includes management and leasing of an onsite garden center, limited merchandise retail sales and all visitor serving related activities including weddings, special celebrations, and other events.
