Regal Real Estate Investment Trust (“Regal REIT” (HK Stock Code: 01881)) is a collective investment scheme authorised by the Securities and Futures Commissions under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and regulated by the provisions of the REIT Code and constituted by the Trust Deed and is listed since March 2007.
