We build purpose, belonging, and a sense of home through the universal language of football ("soccer") for refugees in communities around the world. VISION- We believe that football has great impact in bringing together diverse humans to find and achieve common goals that better themselves as individuals and, more broadly, our communities. HOW WE EXECUTE- Our operating model is PLAY | EQUIP | COMPETE PLAY- We provide free, fun training sessions for refugee kids led by local volunteers and coaches. EQUIP- We collect used soccer gear and redistribute to refugee kids so they can play the game safely and feel like a valued member of the team. COMPETE- We help capable and willing refugee players tryout for and join local competitive clubs. And, we make arrangements to remove the financial barriers keeping them from reaching their full potential. ACCOMPLISHMENTS- We have helped connect thousands of kids across the USA, Ukraine, Poland, Nigeria and are just getting started. THE FUTURE We will continue this rich, rewarding work everywhere we find refugees and can connect them with people, partners, and companies who want to help make their lives better.
