Jumpstart is a non-profit organization aimed at creating a network of Canadian volunteers to help newly settled refugees start new careers in Canada. We envision creating a nexus between newcomers to Canada and Canadians. We aim to work with the newcomers to gather information education background, skill set, and ambitions. we will then match willing volunteers who are knowledgeable in the areas relevant to the refugeeās skills and goals. Our network of volunteers will help the newcomers demystify the job and education market, and leverage their creativity and connections to get the refugee up and running.
