RYC provides group mentoring, etiquette & educational workshops, youth seminars, and community outreach programs located in Compton, California. The organization forms partnerships with businesses, churches, foundations, and local school districts. The mission is to foster a relationship with students who struggle to overcome the adversities of life. Through academic achievement, character building, healthy behavior applications, fitness, socialization, and career exploration, RYC is dedicated to refreshing young minds for a better future. RYC's Vision is to lead our organization to sustainability so that we can develop a legacy of dynamic and informative programs that will continue to provide the under-served communities throughout our nation. RYC's Mission is to foster a relationship with students who struggle to overcome the adversities of life.
