We Have Specialized in Mindset Mastery for Nearly 20 Years. Why we began this work. Our company was formed in 1988, but our work began earlier in the mid 80's. At that time we were meeting many people who had been pursuing their own personal growth, and they told us they could not bring the most important things they had learned into the work world.

De Coaching Academy, opgericht in 1998, is de plek voor professionele begeleidingskunst en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Wij leiden op in het begeleiden van individuen, teams en organisaties. In Nederland waren wij het eerste opleidingsinstituut dat (in 2012) op alle niveau's met een EQA erkend is. (EQA is het Europese keurmerk van de European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) voor coachopleidingen). We zijn niet gericht op het herkenbare, maar op het bijzondere, het onverwachte. Als wij naar elkaar, naar onszelf en naar iedere ander kijken als iemand die uniek is en over potentieel beschikt, dan kan letterlijk alles ontstaan. Met deze visie werken wij en leiden wij op. Een kunstje om te coachen kunnen wij je niet geven, wij geloven erin dat coachen een kunst is. De professionele coach is erin gespecialiseerd om zijn klant helder in beeld te laten krijgen wie hij – in de kern is, wat hij ten diepste zélf wil en kan, en hóe hij dat gaat realiseren. Vervolgens kunnen de uniciteit, de kwaliteiten en de motivatie – onder begeleiding van de coach – vrijgemaakt en ingezet worden ten dienste van zowel het individu als de organisatie en/of context waarvan dit individu deel uitmaakt.
