Reframe Clinic is a therapy practice based in Westmount, dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma‑informed care for children, teens, and adults. Our team of therapists offers individual, family, and group therapy, with specialties in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation. We are trained in evidence‑based approaches, including EMDR, and provide services covered through IVAC and NIHB when eligible. Whether supporting children through school challenges, helping teens build resilience and self‑confidence, or guiding adults through complex life transitions, our mission is to offer a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. At Reframe, we believe mental health care should be accessible, client-centred, and rooted in collaboration with each client and their family.
