REFRACTORY MATERIALS We offer highly efficient ceramic fiber refractory materials of Czech production, which provide a reduction in energy consumption for the implementation of the process up to 40%. The materials we offer are significantly superior in working temperature to all known similar materials, and our lining technologies allow them to be used both for fiery furnaces with high velocity of flue gases in the working space without blowing material, or for electric resistance furnaces using zigzag heaters, located on the walls and roof of the furnace with ceramic fiber material. We offer high-speed, recuperative, regenerative gas burners of European manufacturers, which provide a reduction in fuel consumption for the implementation of the technological process up to 30% due to increased heat transfer and a significant reduction in the temperature of flue gases.
