Reformatics is an advisory firm that has been working closely with public sector leaders around the world since 2012, helping them design formulas and strategies for rapid economic growth as well as innovative approaches to public policy. The firm was established by Georgia′s former Prime Minister, Mr. Nika Gilauri, who leads Reformatics together with his former chief advisers on economic reform, business sector, and governance, Ms. Tamara Kovziridze and Mr. Vakhtang Lejava. Since 2012, Reformatics has cooperated with organizations such as the WB, ADB, EBRD, UN WTO, FCDO (UK), and Sida. The firm has implemented numerous projects worldwide jointly with McKinsey and Company. Because of their prior positions as high-level officials, the core team of Reformatics has extensive practical experience in the process of formulating and successfully implementing reforms. Therefore, dedicated expert teams of Reformatics not only advise on reform planning but also provide support in the implementation of reforms. Reformatics leverages its expertise to help its clients excel in driving change. Reformatics’s portfolio includes projects implemented for over 30 governments on three continents, with a heavy focus and extensive experience in countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia. Thanks to deep and nuanced knowledge of the region by Reformatics experts the governments of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan have received consulting services and tailor-made, targeted advice from the firm. One of the most notable achievements was Kazakhstan's improvement in Doing Business ranking from #77 in 2015 to #25 in 2020 as a result of recommendations by Reformatics.
