ReFlow gives mutual funds tools to manage the impact of shareholder flow. Our solutions offer continuous, everyday access to liquidity that funds can draw upon to meet redemptions and manage cash positions. This access reduces trading costs, the realization of capital gains and cash drag; three factors that hinder mutual fund performance. Our patented liquidity provision process is run daily via Dutch auction and participant bids are highly customizable. The process is automatic, with no need for daily input by portfolio managers. There are no set-up or maintenance charges and fees are transaction-based, transparent, and qualify as a bona-fide fund expense. ReFlow has provided U.S. mutual funds with more than $45 billion in just-in-time liquidity through Redemption Service, with nearly $40 billion of equities transferred through our "in-kind" redemption feature . In addition, ReFlow has provided clients with greater than $5 billion in notional exposure through NAVswap, providing basis-risk free returns to mutual fund cash holdings.
