RefLink Information

Centered in Canada, with offices in the UK and ambassadors Worldwide, RefLink is an established network of professional, semi-professional and amateur Football referees that range from 17-45 in age. Working closely with FIFA elite list referees, and renowned instructors and assessors, we provide opportunity for aspiring officials to hone their skills both at home, and abroad. For many, this means gaining invaluable international experience at youth and senior tournaments with which we partner to provide logistic, marketing and on-the-field support. Previous attendees to these events have traveled from over 30 nations creating a unique and hugely enjoyable social and learning environment with proven benefit for member development and the event's success. Our focus is to provide innovative and exciting tools, programs and opportunities to officials and their associations, encouraging higher levels of preparedness and performance from the game's third team, supplementing development and academy programs, improving overall fitness, formalising pre-season preparations all resulting in improved week-to-week performance.
