Founded in 2003 my reflexology practice is based in Killiney, Co. Dublin. I work on a part time basis and spend the rest of my working day running my employee wellbeing company, Natural Onsite Wellbeing ( NOW ). Since becoming successful with fertility clients I studied pregnancy reflexology and have a thriving practice covering these areas and general reflexology. The human body is naturally self healing, but only when it is in it's natural state of wellbeing, known as homeostasis. Reflexology helps to reverse the effects of stress which inhibit natural homeostasis. As the body reduces stress levels normal functioning, such as fertility re establishes itself.
