Rubin Technology, LLC has two divisions: 1. A mobile software development division that currently specializes in building games and utilities for Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 operating system. Our first two Windows Phone apps are about to be published. They are Invaders 7 and Texter. 2. An IT consulting division that focuses on Microsoft Technology, providing programming, project design and management and contract CTO services for new ventures. We are located in downstate New York. This means that Manhattanites think we're upstate, but really we're only a short train ride from the city.
