Reflective Group is a digital agency revolutionizing Small-Town America. We’re a diverse team of creatives, engineers, and strategists who help our clients solve a variety of business challenges. When a solution doesn’t exist, we build it. Our three founders love the small town where they’re raising their kids. The problem was, there weren’t any companies hiring geeks like them. So they set out to build a small town digital agency called Reflective Group and soon realized that their small town lacked the necessary ecosystem to support their high growth tech startup. They considered moving the company, but felt that was a coward’s move. Instead, they set out to build the necessary ecosystem and eliminate the digital divide in Small-Town America. This bold mission required Reflective Group to beat the odds as a start-up while building the tools they needed to run their business. So far, we’ve built our own cloud hosting, electronic payment processing, phone service, tech support, and even internet.
