Compassionate Care Service is an independent organisation committed to assisting loved ones and their families to find the right aged care options. While working as a clinical audiologist in a variety of settings, including residential aged care facilities, founder Susie Potter developed a deep understanding of the challenges and issues that arise throughout the ageing process. She started Compassionate Care Service because she has a passion for supporting Australians to understand the care options available to ensure their quality of life as they get older. With over 17 years working in the health sector, primarily in clinical audiology and aged care placement, following Bachelor studies in Science, Commerce, a post graduate diploma in Audiology and diploma of Counselling, Susie is committed to listening to your needs and ensuring the best possible outcome for your unique circumstance.
