A guided journaling workshop for deep reflection, genuine connection & manifesting your dream life. For beginners + journaling pros: We write and reflect to unlock meaningful insights and connect on a deeper level. You will gain clarity, feel supported & feel inspired! Julia Deufel started Reflections & Connections in October 2023 to bring people together to help each other make our worlds a better place. Julia has been a writer all her life, and learned a lot from other wellness practitioners on how reflection and connection can guide us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and a happier life. We have hosted events at yoga studios and retreats, in natural wine bars in Berlin, at a tattoo parlour in Edinburgh, in private homes, at festivals and during crypto conferences and events. We promise you'll leave feeling lighter & more held by your community than when you arrived!
