Reflection Centre Information

The Reflection Centre, a counselling and mediation centre was opened in 2004. Our purpose in creating the collective was to build a network of professionals committed to making an inspired contribution to family and personal growth. We work extensively with families and individuals working through conflict and trauma and assist families through separation and divorce on many levels. We are dedicated to encouraging health at all levels - emotional, physical, and spiritual. Our mandate is to support our clients in identifying and resolving the issues that stop them from experiencing their lives to the fullest. The Reflection Centre is designed to meet a wide range of needs through therapy, mediation, coaching, ongoing groups, workshops and professional development. Our goal is to guide you towards your desired state and uncover the your true potential. We work together to better understand and resolve challenges and issues in your life and relationships. By applying complementary therapy, mediation and collaborative approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
