Reffekt AB Information

We have a long history inthe sales and outsourcing business. We origin from K3 Nordic AB 2007-2009, SITEL Nordic 1997-2007, Svanberg & Co AB 1989-1997. Our focus over the years has been sales. As an outsourcer we have gained experpence in many areas in the salesprocess. We have had many 100 of projects over the years which have led us to what we do today. Our focus today are long term partnerships with our clients with high focus on adding value in there salesprocess. We do that both as an outsourcer and in consulting stratecic, tactical and operartional areas. We work mainliy with large companies with large customer database well known. What makes Reffekt unique are how we choose to do things. We have strong values and well defined USP:s. The values are well defined and describes what we beleive in around Development, Respect, Cooperation and Responsibility. Our USP:s are well defined in The Leadership at Reffekt, The Methodolgy and Our Coworkers. We are succesfull in what we do and are expanding our business to new site 2011.
