RefCom4All is een startup welke een Smartphone communicatietool voor (hockey) scheidsrechters heeft ontwikkeld. Het doel is simpel: via de app helpen scheidsrechters elkaar met het nemen van belangrijke beslissingen. RefCom4All is een spraakcommunicatieplatform. Een wat? Een platform met een spraakgroep inclusief open spraakverbinding, denk aan een telefonische vergadering. Wat concreet betekent dat de twee scheidsrechters in het veld, sneller overleg kunnen plegen of elkaar adviseren. Ook handig: nieuwe scheidsrechters kunnen nu realtime worden begeleid door ervaren arbitragebegeleiders.
