Refaktor IT is a Technology Recruitment and Headhunting company made up of three people. Working across US, Oslo, Helsinki, Berlin and Stockholm markets. We're not a big company, we don't have a presence on every continent, we rarely wear suits and we don't each have a PA or secretary. We won't call you by surprise and we won't do something without a client’s or candidate’s permission (sounds simple, if only that was the case!) Actually, we're just a few guys that enjoy building tech teams in exciting companies without all the hassle, animosity and distrust that now plagues a very beneficial and important industry. We keep things simple and honest. We feel there is still a place for informed and enthusiastic recruiters in the marketplace and our ambition is to change people’s perception, one person at a time.
