Rees Associates, Inc. has been providing lettershop, fulfillment and packaging services since 1972. We are an industry leader in one-to-one marketing using selective inserting. Our production area is comprised of over 60 inserters (#10 to 10x13 envelopes), a shrink-wrap line, a selective polypropylene line and a complement of the usual backup equipment including ink jet machines and affixers. Our specialty equipment includes 20-station selective jumbos and 34-station selective regulars with choppers. 34 machines have selective inserting capabilities. Our Midwest location provides clients with significant savings on transportation costs. We mail under U.S.P.S. Optional Procedures, and we are USPS-approved to mail through our Drop Ship Management System (DSMS) destination delivery program. We are one of only two shops in the country offering the USPS DSMS, which allows clients to pay postage 24 hours before it is delivered to the BMC’s and SCF’s. In other words, clients do not have to pay postage when the mail leaves the shop. On mailings over 1,000,000 pieces, 70 to 85% are dropped at SCF’s. Our inventory control system is second-to-none. Each incoming pallet is bar coded for internal tracking purposes, so we know what’s been completed, what's processing, where every pallet is, every step of the way.
