Reed In Partnership exists to change people’s lives for the better. We are proud to be a Job Services Australia provider. Through our offices in Victoria and Queensland, we deliver customised services to assist people from all walks of life to gain the skills they need to enter the workforce, to progress their career and secure sustainable, local employment. Our ‘person centred’ approach consistently delivers excellent results. Since we opened in Australia in 2009, we have assisted over 8800 people move into employment and have assisted almost 6000 employers find staff for their businesses. As a result of Reed In Partnership’s success in the UK, we were selected by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to provide employment services to Australian clients. Due to the hard work and commitment of our staff, our Australian contract was extended in 2011 allowing Reed In Partnership to work with job seekers until 2015. Reed In Partnership is part of the Reed Group, a leading international recruitment, HR services and training provider with offices across the world. Reed Specialist Recruitment, our commercial recruitment division, has been working with key Australian employers in Melbourne since 2000 and Sydney since 2007, and we have recently opened a new office in Perth. As a result we have the local knowledge and relationships to secure meaningful employment for our job seekers and quality staff for the businesses we work with.
