Our consulting relationship will begin with meetings between Larry and representatives from your company to get an overall picture of the work required. The work is defined in terms of a project, with a project charter and high-level requirements, timeline and budget estimates. As more resources are needed, the client decides the best way to provide those resources. Reed Data has on-going relationships with several other consultants that can join the project. Alternatively, project resources can come from a staffing firm the client is familiar with or from client in-house staff. Reed Data's primary concern is not generating revenue by placing contract consultants on projects. The primary concern is providing outstanding services addressing your business needs and then, secondarily, developing an on-going relationship with clients through repeat business. About Larry L.
