Redx's lead asset, the selective ROCK2 inhibitor, zelasudil (RXC007), is in development for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and commenced a Phase 2 clinical trial in Q4 2022. Redx’s second ROCK inhibitor candidate, RXC008, a GI-targeted pan-ROCK inhibitor for the treatment of fibrostenotic Crohn’s disease, commenced a Phase 1 clinical trial in Q1 2024. The Company's lead oncology product candidate, the Porcupine inhibitor, zamaporvint (RXC004), commenced a Phase 2 programme in November 2021.
