Redwood Information

About Redwood Professionally managed homes for students, professionals, corporate residents and property partners. Since 2018, we've been helping people find places they genuinely enjoy living - while helping property owners unlock the full potential of their investments. Whether you're moving into your first student room, relocating for work or partnering with us to operate an entire development, our goal is the same Our Story Redwood was founded by two Chartered Surveyors with a simple belief: renting should feel better. Too often, residents were choosing between affordability and quality, while landlords and developers were forced to choose between service and returns. Starting with professionally managed shared homes, Redwood has grown into a modern living operator delivering accommodation across student living, professional living, corporate stays and institutional residential developments. Today we work with residents, landlords and developers across the UK to create places people are proud to call home. What We Believe, People first. Homes exist for the people who live in them. Every decision we make starts with creating a better experience for residents, while delivering long-term value for our partners. Professionalism isn't just our background - it's how we operate every day. From communication and maintenance to operations and compliance, we believe the details matter.
