Since 2011 Redwood Energy has led the design of more than 400 all-electric apartment complexes with 50%-110% solar offset arrays, including half of the all-electric residences built in California between 2011 and 2020, and 1/4th of the Zero Net Energy residences in North America. We provide Title 24 modeling, all-electric design support and Utility Allowance modeling to create cost-effective Zero Net Energy affordable housing. Our projects range from high rises to cottages, and we teach residential and commercial electrification classes for California's utilities.
