REDTOWER is a Vienna-based corporate finance and strategy advisory. It is deliberately small. The person you meet is the person who does the work. Founded in 2014 by Stefan Nolte, REDTOWER works with growth companies and their investors through financing rounds, transactions, and the operational work that follows. Engagements typically run from financing strategy through to execution, and often continue as an interim finance function once the round has closed. CFO and executive roles in growth companies, through financing rounds and to exit - among them nymea, as CFO from 2016 through its acquisition by chargebyte in 2024, and Marantec Group as VP Strategy and Global Head of IoT.
