Redtie Information

Redtie Phone is a business phone for people who can't afford to lose what's said on a call. A phone call is the only business channel with no record and no second chance. An email can be re-read. A call happens once, live, in audio — miss a word and you interrupt, or you guess. So we built two things. When you can't take a call, an AI receptionist answers it properly — a real conversation, not a menu — and reports back who called, why, and the number to call them on. When you can take it, live captions let you read the call as it happens. We built it to an accessibility standard for Deaf and hard-of-hearing professionals, for whom a business phone number is a barrier rather than a way to be reached.
