Redondo Fitness is a personal training company located in Redondo Beach, CA. We offer personal training to Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes, and the rest of the South Bay. We conduct workouts at our private gym, in our client's homes, and at beaches/parks in the South Bay. Our trainers have a combined 50 years of training experience and have helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals.
