The Redmond Athletic Club has been committed to providing the best in fitness and health in the Redmond area since 1982. With a dedicated and results oriented staff including certified personal trainers and certified nutritionist and lifestyle coach, our mission at the RAC is to improve the health and fitness of our members through our comprehensive exercise, weight loss, and nutrition programs. As a member of the RAC, you will enjoy our state of the art facilities complete with elite fitness equipment, a full regulation basketball court, 25 foot rock climbing wall, large group fitness room, top of the line spin zone, two racquetball courts, a spacious open floor with free weights and stationary circuit machines, and a fun and safe Kids Club. Our group fitness program offers something for everyone with more than fifty classes weekly. Club amenities include fully equipped men's and women's locker rooms, men's and women's saunas, tanning and licensed massage therapy. We are locally owned and operated with two locations: the RAC Downtown Redmond and the RAC at Redmond Ridge. Our facilities are clean, convenient and accessible, providing a family friendly neighborhood environment with ample parking.
