At Redline Technology we are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible. In order to do this successfully we are changing our policy for the New Year. Instead of providing onsite service calls for homes, we are now offering a pickup and drop off service. The reason for the switch is to service all of our customers as quickly as possible. In-house calls take a lot of time which was backlogging our schedule for weeks. With our new service policy we will be able to service several computers at a time, making our time much more productive. Our main goal is to still offer better prices than any other repair shop in the area. That is why our new service policy is one flat rate.
