Redix Group Information

The history of Redix dates back to 2007. In its early years, the company’s activities focused on real estate development and management. The founders’ clearly defined goals and effective strategy quickly placed Redix in a unique position within the Georgian real estate market. Redix became the first development company in Georgia to offer fully finished up scale residential, office, and commercial spaces built according to European standards delivered in a true turn-key condition. As the company expanded, 2008 marked the beginning of a new chapter for Redix with the launch of diverse business directions beyond real estate. The Hospitality Department was established to oversee and develop a network of hotels and restaurants across Tbilisi, Batumi, Tusheti, Kakheti, and Abastumani. In addition, Redix has developed an agricultural division, operating a dairy farm with over 3,000 Holstein cows. Through this venture, the company also manages "Milk Laboratory" - a dairy products brand that upholds high standards of quality and sustainability.
