The REDITUS Partnership is a team of ex not-for-profit executives experienced at running events, publishing, training and membership operations in complex, member based global organisations. We are based in London and Dubai and work with not-for-profits of all sizes to help you maximise existing income and develop new sustainable income without compromising your mission and values. EVENTS - together our Principals have conceived, launched, developed, managed and grown events of all shapes and sizes in over 250 cities and 85 countries around the world. We can help you assess and develop every aspect of your events. Whether you have one main annual meeting or run a number of niche events we can help you to grow your revenue and profit, technical programmes, volunteer and member participation and delegate numbers. PUBLISHING - we can work with you and your teams across every aspect of content creation, packaging and distribution to help you increase engagement and maximise traditional and electronic advertising. Whether you are looking to move from a traditional paper based model to an electronic one or you want to better utilise your content to serve your mission, we can help you. TRAINING - we have direct experience of conceiving, delivering and growing diverse training programmes, in the UK, Europe, North America, MENA and Asia. We can help you refresh, update and grow an existing programme or if you believe that you should be utilising your impartiality and contacts to launch a new programme we can help you make an assessment, build a plan, launch and grow a programme. MEMBERSHIP - attracting and maintaining a large membership base is perhaps your ultimate goal, but it must be sustainable and you must ensure that you have the organisational and volunteer resources and systems in place to support them. We have hands on experience of establishing, growing and maintaining membership across most of the globe and can help you to develop a clear strategy for growth.
