Optimize: - Select region(s) to lower cost. - Rotate resources based on requirements. - Create approved list of resources. - Select the resources that fit your needs. - Scale up and down depending on workload. - Keep work continuing around the clock. Scale internationally: - Have a team lead in US manages groups in different regions. - Groups can be located in one or more regions. - Each group has it's own group lead. Cost: - US: varies - Mexico: $45 per hour - Malaysia: $35 per hour - Indonesia: $35 per hour - Vietnam: $25 per hour
