RediCare Control Information

RediCare Control is a digital therapeutic and supporting clinical service designed to treat and prevent chronic conditions such as High Blood Pressure, Pre-Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), Obesity and Overweight conditions. In primary care settings, we work with multiple primary care networks across the UK. We are creating a new normal in how to scale the treatment of chronic diseases, leading to healthier patient populations and the associated demand reductions in general practice. Corporately, over 200 companies across the UK and Ireland trust RediCare ControlDTX to provide health screening and chronic condition treatment for their employees, leading to quantifiable health improvements in employee populations.
