REDEVELOP Information

REDEVELOP is an interdisciplinary training program that contributes to the guidance of Canada’s unconventional resource sector towards a low-carbon energy future. To achieve this, we train the next generation of science and engineering leaders and policy makers in communication, project management and conflict resolution, while integrating Indigenous ways of knowing, to find solutions to current energy-sector challenges. Our mission is to develop the next generation of leaders to provide innovative interdisciplinary solutions and guide the responsible development of energy resources. Our values include: COLLABORATION of industry, academia, community and government; DIVERSITY of perspective, technology, skillset and culture; and QUALITY TRAINING to communicate the intersection of technical, Indigenous and policy solutions to energy-sector challenges.
