She delivers training in Australia and New Zealand through Resolution Institute for those wanting to learn the skills of Conflict Management Coaching, which is an important skill in todays workplace. She also delivers the course Leader as Workplace Coach inhouse for organisations through Resolution Institute, which assists managers and others to adopt a coaching approach in their workplace. Lynora is a coach on Mediation training courses and conducts workplace assessments and reviews. She also facilitates strategic business planning, project and risk reviews and community consultations.
