redefinED atlanta was founded in 2016 with the vision to transform Atlanta into a place where every student in every community receives a high-quality education. We have the ability to leverage private philanthropy and become a catalyst for change in Atlanta by playing three key roles: RAISING AND ALIGNING FUNDING We generate and expand local and national funding support for an aligned, long-term education strategy anchored by consistent measures of success. INVESTING STRATEGICALLY We set a clear, rigorous and aligned investment strategy around three priority areas: community empowerment, school-level talent and high-quality schools. BUILDING COHERENCE We create the space for connection and collaboration and help orchestrate efforts among non-profit, government and philanthropic leaders to support citywide transformation.
