Redefine Fit is a pole dancing & fitness studio situated in the heart of Danforth Avenue in downtown Toronto. We opened our doors October 2015 and specialize in pole dancing and fun alternative forms of fitness from booty fit, flex fit and more! We strive to redefine what fitness and being fit means to us. Specializing in pole dancing and fitness for everyone at all levels we are thrilled to have X Pole Chrome competition grade poles! We have spinning and static pole dance options! So whether youre brand new to fitness or a fitness enthusiast we have trained, and quality instructors to meet you at every level of your progress. In addition to pole dancing, we also offer pole choreography, spinning pole, booty & leg fit (twerking), core and conditioning, flexibility and yoga classes with more exciting classes such as chair dancing to be added to our repertoire Summer 2016 so keep an eye out!! From specialized choreography, mocktails, cupcakes/cakes to photoshoot you choose the package you want and we do the rest!
