At Design Workshop, we shape places for future generations to thrive. Our team of over 160 employee-owners is committed to delivering demonstrable impact for the communities we serve. Through collaboration, research, creativity, and innovation, we help craft places of both real beauty and deep impact—stewarding meaningful engagement with spaces that shape futures. DW Legacy Design® is the defining element of our practice. It represents a commitment to rigorous standards of design inquiry that uncovers the right solution, not just the available one, for our clients, communities, and the environment. By assessing the possibilities of every project through four interconnected lenses: Environment, Community, Economics, and Art, we build a holistic framework for creating spaces that are resilient, meaningful, and enduring.

Founded in 2008 by Jim Rhodes, Harmony Homes is a Las Vegas-based residential development and construction company focused on high-end residential construction, custom homes, land development, and community development. Our work spans the full development process, from land planning and site development to design, construction, and the creation of distinctive residential communities. With deep roots in Las Vegas and decades of development and building experience behind our leadership, Harmony Homes brings together vision, architecture, construction expertise, and an understanding of place to create projects designed for long-term value. From custom residences to large-scale residential communities, our approach is grounded in thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and attention to every stage of development. As Harmony Homes enters its next chapter, our focus continues to expand across high-end residential construction, land development, community development, and thoughtfully conceived projects that contribute to the future of Las Vegas.
