RedactBox redacts emails for Subject Access Requests. Built for UK schools and compliance teams who've got 30 days and a 10,000-email PST to wade through. The job is simple to describe and miserable to do: open every email, find the third-party names, black them out, export a clean PDF for the requester. Most teams do it in Outlook and a PDF printer, and write off three days of someone's week. RedactBox runs that workflow end-to-end. Triage the archive, click-to-redact across thousands of emails at once, export PDFs with a full audit trail. Works with PST, MBOX, EML, MSG, Google Vault exports, and Microsoft Purview eDiscovery files. The redactions are permanent — they can't be reversed in the exported PDF, which is what the ICO wants to see.
