Red Star provides life and professional coaching for individuals and teams. I am focused on empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their potential. I use a person-centered approach to help people gain insight into themselves, remove barriers, achieve their goals, and ultimately improve their quality of life. Whether working through a challenging situation at work, exploring career and life opportunities, or helping your team work more effectively together - I listen and work to understand where you are at and where you would like to go. Then, together, we co-create a plan for getting to that place and move forward until the goal is reached.
